You get a personal email address below, just for Renewley. Forward (or auto-forward) any renewal, receipt, or confirmation email to it, and we'll read it and draft the item for you: name, provider, expiry date and all. Nothing saves automatically: each draft waits for your one-tap review and confirmation first.

Set up auto-forwarding (set it once, emails arrive automatically while you're on Pro)
Open Gmail on the web and click the gear icon → See all settings.
Go to Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address, paste your Renewley address above, and confirm it.
Now go to Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.
In Has the words, type something like renewal OR expires OR "your receipt" OR "payment confirmation", then Create filter.
Tick Forward it to and pick your Renewley address. Click Create filter. Done.
Open Outlook on the web and click the gear icon → Mail → Rules.
Click Add new rule and give it a name like “Renewley”.
Set a condition such as Subject includes → renewal (add more words with “or” conditions: expires, receipt, invoice).
Set the action to Forward to and paste your Renewley address above.
Click Save. Matching mail now forwards automatically.
Apple Mail rules run on your Mac, so it needs to be on for forwarding to work. On iPhone, set the rule in iCloud.com → Mail → Settings → Rules instead.
In Mail on Mac: Mail → Settings → Rules → Add Rule.
Set a condition like Subject contains → renewal (click + to add more: expires, receipt, invoice).
Set the action to Forward Message → to and enter your Renewley address above.
Click OK, then Apply if asked. You're set.
Tip: you can also just forward a one-off email by hand any time. Keep this address private. Anyone who has it can create drafts in your account (they can't see or change your saved items). Regenerate it above if it ever leaks.
